Mass at St. John XXIII

Liturgy

We are a small, lay-led Intentional Eucharist Community rooted in the Roman Catholic tradition and the spirit of Vatican II, which was called into session by our namesake, St. John XXIII.

We celebrate liturgies twice a month at theĀ Provincial House of the Clerics of St. Viator (CVS)
located at 1212 East Euclid Avenue in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Liturgies are typically celebrated at 11:00 AM on the first and third Sunday of every month.
Please consult the calendar page before attending as conflicts for use of the facility for special occasions may require a change.

Our Presiders are priests from the surrounding area. A distinguishing characteristic of the liturgies are dialogue homilies, and potluck socials that follow the services are a mainstay of our community.

Everyone of good will is welcome to attend our liturgies and socials. And if our services touch where you are in your faith journey, or open a path you wish to explore, then join us as often as you can. Perhaps one of our ministries, listed on the Ministries page will appeal to you and challenge you to invest more of yourself in serving the wider community.
